Do I need an induction?

No, but if you are new to the gym or unfamiliar with safe and effective use of our equipment, then we strongly recommend an induction so you can get the most out of Premier Gym from your first session!

Book in with one of our experienced coaches who will guide you through the gym and equipment, plus you’ll also get a free PT consultation.

What are your opening hours?

Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 21:30
Saturday - Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00

What is the minimum joining age?

The minimum age for use of the gym, classes and other facilities is 16 years old.

Can I use the gym if I sign up today?

Yep! Once you’ve signed up you’ll get confirmation of your membership and you can start training at Premier Gym straight away.

Is your gym always staffed?

Yes - there is someone from the Premier Gym team onsite at all times. Plus you’ll often find our trainers working out in the gym when they’re not with clients or running classes!

How do I book a PT session?

Head to our Personal Training page to complete the short contact form and one of our team will be in touch shortly. This process helps us match the right PT to you, based on your training goals and availability.

I’m a member and want to bring a friend to train with me - can I do that?

Of course - we offer 1-day and 7-day passes for guests. Just head to our Join page to purchase a guest pass and you and your mate can train together straight away!

Do you have changing rooms and lockers?

Yes. We have men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, plus lockers in each changing room. You’ll just need to bring your own padlock.

How do I cancel my direct debit membership?

You will need to give 30 days' notice to cancel or freeze your membership. To do this, please email memberships@ashbournemanagement.co.uk with your name, address, date of birth and reason for leaving/freezing your membership.
