With over 30 yrs experience in the fitness industry - previously working for many years as a Personal Trainer in London, as National Group Fitness manager for a chain of health clubs & 12 yrs as Commercial Director in the UK for leading US brand Cybex fitness equipment. In 2017, opening the Cybex showroom to the public as the new Premier Gym.

I’m certified as a Personal Trainer with both the American Council of Sport Medicine and YMCA with further qualifications in sports nutrition, boxing coaching, and injury rehabilitation. With a sporting background including a Black Belt in Karate, I’m now a successful Over 40’s Mens Physique competitor, with UKBFF English Grand Prix wins and competing at Arnold Classic twice and in 4 British finals.
